Junior Police Academy

The AHS Junior Police Academy competes at Skills USA District 12, District and State, felony and misdemeanor traffic stop, building search, and crime scene. The club is involved within the community with the Jim Wells County Sheriff participating in toy drives, adopting a family for Thanksgiving and Christmas, Relay for Life, Flag ceremony: posting colors and presenting.

Magic Club

This is the first year for the AHS Magic Club. The Magic Club will host monthly school wide “Magic the Gathering” tournaments and at least one official sanctioned tournament for the community. The club will promote training of members and encourage positive conduct and grades from its members.
