The Goal of the Alice High School Powerlifting Team

The goal of our Alice High School Powerlifting Team is to foster physical strength, mental resilience, and team camaraderie through the discipline of powerlifting. By focusing on the core lifts—squat, bench press, and deadlift—team members aim to develop proper technique, increase their personal bests, and compete at their highest potential. Beyond physical accomplishments, the team emphasizes character development, sportsmanship, and a commitment to safety and perseverance, preparing students for success both on and off the platform.
