Dear A.H.S. Parent/Guardian

Beginning on Monday, May 5, 2008, students will be returning to the original bell schedule for the rest of the 2007-08 school year.

The major changes that all parents should note are:

*The school day begins at 7:59

*Dismissal will be at 3:18 p.m.

*Lunch period will be from 11:51 a.m.-12:36 p.m.

*Early Lunch Release will be at 11:36 a.m.

Arrangements have also been made for students who ride the bus and the bus is scheduled to pick up students at the end of the school day.

In addition to this change that will go into effect on Monday, I would also like to inform you that Senior Boards will be held on May 6 and May 7. All students will be released at 2:00 p.m. in order for teachers to prepare for seniors who will be returning to AHS to present their Senior Projects.

I know that I can count on your support in all of our endeavors as we continue to prepare all Alice High School students for the future.
